Duukram

The Duukram lies at the heart of the processes that set matter in motion and change its state. It is at once a blueprint, a database, and the instigator of movement.

Why does matter arrange itself in this way, and not another? Why is it made of atoms? Why do minerals and energy tend to give rise to life? Where do the evolutionary paths followed by living beings come from? The whole body of rules that govern the physical world belongs to the order of the Duukram.
